Description
ACR 100 is a trowel-grade repair patch and build-up skim coat which adheres exceptionally well to new and existing cement-based substrates. This unique formulation forms a strong chemical bond with Portland-based substrates and adheres well to plywood, asphalt, and S3 MRP barrier primer. While NOT a moisture barrier, this material maintains its physical properties in high-moisture conditions up to 100% RH, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. ACR 100 has 30 minutes of working time and cures quickly, allowing return to service in just a few hours. It can be applied at thicknesses from a sandable thin coat up to 4", providing smooth transitions and the ability to sand to finish.

Substrate Preparation
Target area substrate must be free of loose debris, dirt, dust, or anything that would act as a bond breaker at the interface. All surfaces must be saturated surface dry (SSD) with no standing water, immediately prior to application.
Mixing Instructions
Do not split up bags — mix entire contents. Place all specified mix water into a clean plastic bucket. Using a quad blade and an industrial-grade electric drill (10 amp minimum, 750 rpm), mix as follows:
- Pour two-thirds of the bag into the mix water in a 5-gallon pail. Rapidly blend to a thin, uniform slurry (about 1 minute).
- Add the remainder of the bag and continue mixing 2–3 minutes, moving the blade around the pail sides to integrate all dry powder and clumps smoothly.
Installation Notes
After mixing, pour the contents onto the application area, using a trowel to scoop out material remaining in the pail. With a metal trowel, consolidate the wet patch cement into the area, ensuring good contact between the product and the target surfaces. Take extra time on irregular edges to ensure full wet-out. Finish level with the grade of the surrounding surface; do not allow the cement to cure above the surrounding level.
This material has sufficient body to allow ramping up to approximately 1" and down to a feather edge in a single lift — for example, joining different floor heights. Set time remains as specified above.
Foot traffic is allowed after approximately 1–2 hours from installation, though this may be longer depending on ambient conditions.
Clean Up & Storage
Clean Up: While still wet, clean with a scouring pad and warm soapy water (no solvents required). If allowed to set, mechanical cleaning is required. Dispose of excess material per local, state, and federal regulations.
Storage: Store in sealed bags between 50–90°F. Do not allow to get wet and do not store in high-humidity conditions.

This product is warranted to be first-class material and free from defects in material and workmanship. Liability under this warranty is limited to the net purchase price of products proven defective, or at our option to repair or replacement upon return transportation prepaid. Claims on defective products must be made in writing within 30 days after receipt and prior to further processing. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO SUITABILITY FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE.
