Description
QuikFill is a 2-part aromatic urethane, very fast setting, and with very low viscosity. The system is packaged in dual cartridge tubes for fast and easy installation and allows for fast return to service. QuikFill is formulated to be 100% solids, low odor, and extremely rigid, yet resilient. The low viscosity allows for deep penetration into fine cracks and can be mixed with a sand aggregate to allow for repairs on larger cracks and spalls. It is a great solution for repairing cracks prior to the installation of floor coating, carpet, and resilient systems.

For deep cracks (>1/2"), use dry silica sand as filler to within 1/2" of surface before applying QuikFill.
Surface Preparation
Concrete surface should be dry, free of dust and debris, and free from oils or other bond breakers. A concrete blade can be used to prepare cracks and bonding surfaces. New concrete should be fully cured, dry, and free of movement. Backer rod can be used to prepare deep cracks and cuts where necessary.
Mixing & Application
No pre-mixing necessary. QuikFill is activated by mixing the A and B sides through a mix nozzle attached to the dual-cartridge tube, dispensed via a dual-cartridge caulk gun (650 mL).
Key Steps
- Balance A and B sides before attaching mix nozzle — squeeze air pockets out until liquid exits from both sides.
- Attach mix nozzle and dispense into target area. Control flow carefully — low viscosity liquid.
- Set time is ~2 minutes at 70°F. Work continuously to preserve mix nozzle life.
- Slightly over-fill areas so they can be shaved or ground level with the floor.
- For deep/wide cracks: fill with dry silica sand to ~½" from surface first, then apply QuikFill.
- For spalls/pop-outs: mix dispensed QuikFill with dry sand to a paste and apply with putty knife.
Caution / Notes
- Sand or aggregate mixed into QuikFill must be completely dry.
- Concrete must be dry. QuikFill may bubble in presence of moisture (bubbles migrate to top area for grinding).
- May turn white/opaque while curing — this is normal.
- Do not thin or alter with liquid additives.
- Keep cartridge gun pointed down to prevent mixed urethane from flowing back into tubes.
- Temperature affects working times and set times. All times specified at 70°F.
Clean Up & Storage
Clean Up: MEK or Acetone. Dispose per local, state, and federal regulations.
Storage: Closed containers, 55–85°F. Do not allow to freeze.
